STACK is looking for a Customer Success Associate
Ready to become an integral part of STACK’s Customer Success team? We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships to grow existing business and find new opportunities for growth and delighting our customers in resolving their needs! Our Customer Success Associate will provide customer communication (inbound and outbound), product engagement and assistance, and help drive customer adoption, engagement and growth through renewal sales of the STACK application.
You represent STACK to our customers. Your ultimate goal is to leave each customer delighted and satisfied being a STACK customer. You’ll be responsible for solving problems and acting quickly when issues or opportunities arise. You’ll have a calm approach to managing issues, polished and clear communication, empathy and caring for our customers and a passion to maintaining our best in class customer service experience for each and every customer.
Essential Performance Responsibilities and Expectations
• Engage and support STACK customers via email and text to support their needs, at a goal of 50/day
• Multitask and utilize phone, SMS, email, Intercom and Zoom as methods of communication
• Delight customers with problem resolutions
• Maintain and create additional engagement and renewal targets
• Help assist with inbound Intercom communications
• Nurture contacts and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Experience, Knowledge and Characteristic Attributes. Must have demonstrated experience, knowledge and characteristic attributes in the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Positive and confident attitude
• 1-3 years of experience in serving customers or clients
• Thrives on ownership and managing your business
• Polished verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
