We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success to join our leadership team.
STACK is looking for a driven, innovative, strategic Director of Customer Success to join our growing team! Working closely with our Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as our leading customer advocate, developing a world-class SaaS based Customer Success strategy focused on critical lead and lag measures (new customers, upsells, renewals, churn containment and customer success).
The person successful in this role will be able to drive results, motivate, manage and work with cross functional teams, and have a mindset that is analytical and detail oriented. Must also have the following:
• 5+ years experience managing senior customer relationships with demonstrated experience driving strategic outcomes
• Fluid with SaaS based success metrics and analytics-driven customer success methodologies
• Strong relationship management, project management and communication skills with proven experience working with executive leadership teams and stakeholders
• Must be customer centered and have a passion for helping customers succeed
