We're sorry for the inconvenience! If your account is on hold, it could be because the credit card on file needs to be updated or because your subscription did not renew properly.
To manually renew your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log-in to your STACK account and click the dropdown icon in the upper-right
- Click on the Account Settings menu item
- Click on the Subscription tab
- Click on the subscription term that you would like to renew.
- When you choose Renew or Buy you will be redirected to your billing information.
- Confirm and/or update your Billing Contact, Credit Card and Billing Address. Then Click Continue.
