If you forgot your password

If you want to change your current password

  1. Make sure you are logged out of your account
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam/junk folder.

If you no longer have access to your account's email address

  1. Have one of the account owners contact your customer success manager.
  2. Include details regarding previous and current email addresses (do not include passwords).
  3. Provide a current invoice or receipt if you have it.
