The STACK User Advisory Board is a group of customers who are enthusiastic about sharing how they use our software in the “real world” and are passionate about helping our teams to understand how we can continue to help them meet their current and future business objectives. This group also serves as an advisory committee with which STACK product owners share current plans and future directions related to software functionality. Feedback and insights from our board members will help to build the next generation of STACK and it’s preconstruction tools.
The 2021 User Advisory Board will meet a minimum of once each quarter. Most meetings will be held virtually with at least one option for an in-person event later in the year. Based on meeting discussion and learnings, there may be opportunities for smaller groups to connect in between quarterly sessions. An official meeting schedule will be shared once membership is finalized.
Feedback can be submitted anytime from within the STACK app or during any scheduled UAB event. The roadmap portal available when logged into your STACK account is a great place to see what’s new, what’s in progress and items under consideration. You can also submit new ideas!
The STACK User Advisory Board is open to anyone with a premium STACK account. Membership is open to a limited number of customers who wish to provide direct in-depth feedback on the future direction of the STACK products, participate in digital seminars and attend the quarterly STACK meetings and interact with the STACK development team directly.
The STACK User Advisory Board leaders will contact you primarily through email and uses the contact information associated with your account. You may keep your contact information up to date on the ‘Company Users’ tab under your account settings.
