How It Works
1build provides regional cost data for the 3,000+ counties in the US for over 25 thousand unique items and assemblies (including materials, labor, and equipment) across industries in residential, commercial, and civil construction.
When working on a new estimate, you can use your zip code to automatically update items and assemblies cost data from 1build.
Applying real-time cost data directly to your STACK Estimate helps elevate the accuracy and efficiency of your estimating process.
