STACK is looking for a Customer Success Manager
Ready to become an integral part of STACK’s Account Management | Customer Success team? We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is such an important role for the STACK team! The Customer Success Manager is responsible for strategically owning customer relationships to grow existing business and delighting our customers in resolving their needs. Our Customer Success Manager will own customer communication (inbound and outbound), product engagement and assistance and help drive customer adoption, engagement and growth through renewal sales of the STACK application.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years of customer success experience including implementation/onboarding, technical support, and general account management
· Previous customer support experience
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Positive and confident attitude
· Own and exceed on-time renewal, expansion, and cross-sell bookings targets
· Thrives on ownership and managing your business
· Polished verbal and written communication skills
· Proven problem-solving skills
· Proactive in identifying potential issues and solution-oriented
· Extremely organized and have exceptional time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· A genuine desire to help customers succeed
· Strong and empathetic listener
· Ability to work and tackle problems independently
· Seek deep understanding of customer pain points and issues, and champion solutions throughout the organization
· Computer skills – demonstrated ability to juggle multiple software platforms
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also part of a team
