Workflows: History

History provides an audit trail for each workflow item, detailing who did what and when. This feature is integral to supporting our status-based workflows, allowing team leads to spot-check and ensure items are processed correctly. It also enables them to identify and highlight necessary adjustments for users. Whenever questions arise about an item, the history will offer a comprehensive account of what transpired.
