World of Concrete 2026 made one thing crystal clear: STACK is showing up exactly where contractors need us. From nonstop booth traffic to packed demo lines and candid, high-value conversations, the energy at WOC reinforced that we’re solving real problems across the construction lifecycle.
AI was everywhere, but not in the “shiny object” way. Contractors weren’t asking for gimmicks. They wanted fewer handoffs, less rework, and more confidence from bid through build. The message was consistent: use AI to accelerate the work, not replace the expertise. That’s where STACK continues to stand out.
Here are some of the standout moments, conversations, and unexpected highlights our team captured on the show floor at World of Concrete 2026!
Best Thing Overheard from a Prospect:
Greg Warman STACK Strategic Solutions Engineer
“Can I get two beers? You’re talking to a future customer—we’re buying STACK once the boss man gets here!”
Roy Martin STACK Industry Consultant I
“I came here looking for something like this, and this is it.”
Chris Ceccopieri STACK Senior Sales Executive
“I met a husband-and-wife team who purchased our standard takeoff solution. The husband runs the work, the wife handles takeoffs. They were incredibly impressed with our offerings and the training and support we provide. They felt confident STACK would help them save time and produce more work.”
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
“This is going to save me days of time spent estimating.”
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
“Dude, you were right. STACK is sick.”
Best Thing Overheard from a Customer:
Greg Warman STACK Strategic Solutions Engineer
“We’ve been a customer since the beginning and stop by your booth every year.”
Roy Martin STACK Industry Consultant I
“I love the product. It’s easy to use, and I appreciate that you’re open to adding customer-requested features.”
Lindsay Powers STACK SVP, Marketing And Customer Experience
“With STACK, we’ve got more business than we can handle.”
Chris Ceccopieri STACK Senior Sales Executive
“One customer has been with STACK for two years. After the first year, he went from 8 bids a week to 12—jumping from about 430 bids per year to over 550.”
Shadi Musa STACK Senior Director Of Account Management
“Form Up Foundation saved hours per bid, pushed out more bids, and increased revenue. They were even telling prospects about it at our booth!”
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
“We love STACK!”
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
“I know you guys announce your releases but I keep stumbling across nice new features I didn’t even know about.”
Most Exciting New Product or Technology on the Show Floor:
Roy Martin STACK Industry Consultant I
A see-through LCD display.
Chris Ceccopieri STACK Senior Sales Executive
STACK—specifically Floorplan AI. People loved using it for CMU wall takeoffs.
Shadi Musa STACK Senior Director Of Account Management
We were too busy to walk the floor this year. Didn’t really get a chance to look around!
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
Luxury massage chairs.
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
We were so slammed that I didn’t have much time to scan the floor. I saw some pretty cool robotics from companies like Hilti.
Tech Trend That Felt More Mature Compared to 2025:
Greg Warman STACK Strategic Solutions Engineer
AI.
Roy Martin STACK Industry Consultant I
AI—letting the computer do the work for the user.
Lindsay Powers STACK SVP, Marketing And Customer Experience
AI is the thing everyone’s talking about, but now it’s less conceptual and more practical. It’s no longer a shiny object. Attendees know it’s not a magic wand—they want to understand how it can accelerate efficiency in their day-to-day work.
Shadi Musa STACK Senior Director Of Account Management
AI… AI… AI. That’s all anyone wanted to talk about this year.
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
AI was talked about by almost every prospect that we encountered.
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
The mix of skepticism and optimism over AI was the predominant theme to me. I didn’t hear nearly as much about market and economic factors as I thought I would.
Something Unexpected That Gave You A New Perspective on the Industry:
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
I spoke to an owner that has come to WOC for years and he commented that in previous years he was mostly focused on equipment and new tools where this year was solely focused on software. I think contractors are realizing the value of software now more than ever.
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
I feel that estimators in 2026 have more internal leverage than they have historically. Owners and decision makers are involving estimators heavily in decision making, and many estimators are being promoted into internal operations roles. Someone at the show validated my premise by explaining that while enrollment in construction related majors and trade schools steadily increases year-over-year, estimator roles aren’t being backfilled because most young people in the industry are seeking higher earning PM roles.
Unofficial STACK MVP of the Week:
Greg Warman STACK Strategic Solutions Engineer
Shadi and Mitch Godar. Shadi did an incredible job with every customer—answering questions, showing new features, and scheduling training before they even left the booth. Mitch is the sharpest salesperson when it comes to drawing in prospects, asking real discovery questions, and running live, catered demos.
Lindsay Powers STACK SVP, Marketing And Customer Experience
Jared Wasielewski. He was our Swiss Army knife—schlepping boxes, running demos, and doing everything with the best attitude.
Chris Ceccopieri STACK Senior Sales Executive
Shadi, hands down. He was constantly talking to people, handing off leads to sales, skipping lunch to stay on the floor, and always happy to talk with customers. Rockstar energy.
Shadi Musa STACK Senior Director Of Account Management
Big shoutout to Chris. He took ownership of every situation, was approachable, wasn’t shy about demoing, and even closed his first deals. Excited to watch him grow.
Mitch Godar, STACK Senior Account Executive
Shadi was the MVP, his energy and experience on the floor is great to see. People are drawn to him and he did a great job of distributing leads to closers as he got them.
Jack Hills, STACK Solution Sales Specialist
Hard to say because I feel everyone did their part, but I would say Roy Martin. Roy answered the call and got on a plane to help the team.
