Pressure, Precision, and Change Orders: How STACK Teams Learned the Contractor’s Hustle During an Estimating Workshop

“You have 60 minutes to submit your bid. The winning team will be determined based on accuracy, attention to change orders, and goals set within the project.” 

These words and an air siren loudly signaled the start of a recent in-house ‘Estimating Workshop’ for STACK Construction Technologies employees, run by two of our product team members Ryan Bender and David Fouche. Members of the sales and customer success teams were paired up to work through the STACK Estimate Worksheet with the end goal of producing and submitting a winning bid. Employees participated to learn more about the estimating process and apply that knowledge to their roles within STACK.
