Plan share. Import documents directly from TopBuilder into STACK, providing the required plans for Takeoff & Estimating. Ensure the most current version of plans managed by TopBuilder are uploaded to STACK.

Share estimate. Export STACK estimating items (quantity, unit of measure, price) to TopBuilder to populate a quote.

Integration Summary

Subcontractors using STACK and TopBuilder can push project documents directly from TopBuilder into STACK, initiating and streamlining the markup, takeoff, and estimating processes. Additionally, users can push estimate proposal data from STACK into TopBuilder, enhancing the data used to create a TopBuilder quote.

How It Works

In TopBuilder, create a lead with associated documents / plans.
Move the lead into “Send to Estimating” status. This creates a project in STACK, creates a primary folder for the project documents, and uploads plans to the folder.
Email link to the project managers, estimators, and sales team
Update TopBuilder lead with STACK Takeoff ID, Project ID, and Project Direct Link URL
TopBuilder Retrieves Estimate from STACK triggered by status change in TopBuilder to “Estimate Complete”. This creates a quote, creates line items, updates status on quote to "Quote Created from STACK," and triggers workflow alerts to the project team.
