Methodology
The Preconstruction Efficiency Benchmarks dataset was compiled from 18 publicly available STACK customer case studies. Each record standardizes published outcomes into comparable fields such as trade, revenue band, company size bucket, time-to-bid change, estimate accuracy change, bid-volume change, win-rate change, and revenue impact. When a case study did not publish a numeric value for a field, that field was marked “Not disclosed” rather than estimated. Source links are included for every record.
